Multiple micro doses will be injected into the area to be treated with a fine needle or blunt tipped cannula.
Topical anaesthetic cream can be used if required.
Stinging sensation and discomfort can be expected on injection, localised swelling, redness and tenderness are normal and can take up to 72 hours to settle.
The injected product will be visible as small bumps in the skin for a few days, bruising may occur.
Three to four treatments 3 weeks apart are required to achieve optimum results.
Results can be seen within 4 weeks but can continue to improve for 6-12 weeks, results are dependent on biological responses and subject to lifestyle factors.
